Delivery and payment
Our contractual partner for delivery of parcels is Pošta Slovenije, but My Sheep reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently. More about delivery here.
You can pay for products in the shop Moja Ovčka online:
In summary – you pay the delivery service when the goods are delivered to you. The shipping cost is already included in the total order value. We charge you the cost of the mail commission.
When choosing a prepayment payment, you will receive to your e-mail address provided at registration (it is important that the e-mail address is correct), pro forma invoice or credit card. order confirmation, where you will have all the details for making the payment: payment amount, transaction account, reference / reference (00 and order number, eg 00 1000012345) and purpose of payment. Transfer to company account: My Sheepdog, unique products, Tjaša Šporar s.p .. When choosing a payment on the pro forma invoice, you will pay for the goods ordered with the UPN general payment order. You can pay your money order quickly and easily through your online bank (Click, Abanet, Bank @ Net, Link…), or at any bank or post office. After the payment is made, you can send us a confirmation of payment to our e-mail email@example.com, since all the invoices until the payment confirmation are for informational purposes only.
You do not need to register to place an order at the My Sheep Shop online store. To make a purchase, you only need to fill in the correct information when placing your order.
The tenderer may also reject the contract if it finds that it cannot execute it under the given conditions. It shall inform the buyer in advance and give reasons for refusal of the order, if possible.
The order of the goods is considered as confirmation of the purchase contract. After completing the ordering process, the buyer receives the order information at the specified email address. Typically, an addressee receives an e-mail notification within 5 minutes, but it is not uncommon for the process to take a little longer due to different email client settings.
The buyer receives an electronic notification even when the goods are dispatched. In case you may have ordered goods that cannot be shipped within the promised time for unforeseen reasons, we will notify you of the new delivery time via the contact information provided.
Orders received through the My Sheep Shop online can be canceled by the buyer at no additional cost until the receipt of an email that the order has already been shipped and sent from the Online My Sheep Store.
Notice of cancellation of the order can be made exclusively by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. The following information must be included in the email:
– In the subject line: Cancel order
– In the content of the message: a) name of the buyer, b) address of the buyer, c) order number
All prices on the website are in Euros (EUR). All prices displayed on the web site are subject to change without notice.
The purchase and sale contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder submits the order, by sending an e-mail to the buyer’s email address. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are binding on both the bidder and the buyer.
All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time of award and are not pre-determined.

Despite the tremendous efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, the pricing information may be incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, My Sheep will allow the buyer to cancel the purchase.
Discounts, promotional codes, etc. as a rule they do not add up.
Funds paid out for gift certificates, bonuses and invoices are not reimbursed. Gift vouchers and discount bonus codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
After shipment, you can follow your order on the shipment tracking link where you enter the package number.
Dismissal of liability

However, the properties of the items, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the operator fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the buyer manager will inform the buyer about the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered goods. If a visitor estimates that this information is incorrectly displayed, you can always let us know.
The provider provides all the necessary technological and organizational solutions for complete security of purchase. We also guarantee the safety of our purchase by complying with all applicable legal obligations and recommendations of the Slovenian and International Consumers Union.
Complaints and disputes
The provider complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The Bidder shall make every effort to fulfill its duty to provide an effective complaints system.
In case of problems, the buyer can contact the provider by telephone at 031 818 308 or by e-mail at email@example.com. The procedure for handling a complaint is confidential.
The provider is aware that an essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time required and the costs involved in resolving the dispute, which is also a major obstacle for the consumer not to bring the dispute to court. Therefore, the provider shall use its best endeavors to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement.
